RollerFit is a Fitness Class on Roller Skates for those who want to have fun while working out!
RollerFit aims to increase your cardio endurance, flexibility, core strength, agility and balance.
Sessions consist of team based drills, games, activities and a couple of dances thrown in the mix, that guarantee you burn those calories and work up a sweat!
